The Raspberries redefined AMERICAN ROCK n ROLL in the era of british glam and set the stage not only for POWER POP and NEW WAVE music but rubbed off on everyone from the RAMONES to SPRINGSTEEN to REM, and Wally Bryson's attack on the 12 string Ric is reprised in sound of THE CLASH far more than the Byrds or Harrison & early Beatle sound. Not only that, but they could sing their harmonies LIVE. Something the Beach Boys weren't capable of by 1972. Hall of Fame??? HELL YES!!! Hall of SHAME until they are inducted!

Ok, no rock hall recognition for this group, but having said that Eric Carmen had a fantastic voice, and as a group Raspberries ROCKED!!!
