Sometimes I get a couple of things mixed up, but I do a decent job with weighing and measuring most of the time.

I still have problems with dry and liquid measures at times. I'm always forgetting how many ounces in a pint or a quart, or how many ounces in a pound. Do not attempt to eat anything I cook that requires precise measurements!

I used the Metric System of measures until I was ten years old.. then we moved back home to the US and I had to learn a completely different system. Threw me for a loop for awhile but no big deal. Once I got to college it was back to metrics which was great for me since that's my natural way of thinking. It would be much more efficient if there were only one system for everything.
