Don’t be fooled by the 1 star rating. CAT Architectural company deserves NEGATIVE stars! I’m writing this review because I Googled “CAT Architectural” and this page was one of the first one to come up and it had no reviews. I’m hoping I can help save someone else from the downright terrible experience I had with this company.

CAT Architectural is run by a scam-artist named Chris Torres. He runs a design/build construction company and initially I was wow’ed by the gorgeous work he showed me that he built. Nevermind the fact that he didn’t even build some of the places he showed me. He proceeded to destroy my house, take my money, take more money, take my building materials that I paid for, quadrupled the budget, lied about the entire timeline of the project, and then had his sub-contractors put liens against my house because he never even paid them!! If that’s not enough, after all that he walked off my job with half a house built and all of my money in his pocket. This is far beyond any “contractor nightmare” story and sadly it is all true!!!!!

What is also sad is that I’m not the only person he has done this too. Word travels pretty quick and I’ve heard of at least 3 other families who have had similar experiences with CAT Architectural. Chris can hardly keep track of his lies and I urge you to run away before you even think about signing a contract with his company!
