Aikman was a good player, however he is a very poor individual.

Troy was very good, but he was blessed with Irvin,Smith,Novacek,Harper and a pretty awesome line.

Yes, Troy was great and probably a bit underrated due to the attention paid to the talent he was surronded by. I'll tell you this: I saw both Troy and Roger play in their prime many times. Roger was better, trust me. That's not taking anything away from Troy, either. Roger had the great mobility Troy never had. He also had a stronger arm (he threw a great deep ball). Troy had great pinpoint accuracy, but he was not as athletic as Roger. Never the less, Troy is a deserved HOF'er.

Yeah, Roger was great but I believe that Troy was a better QB than Roger. Winning three Super Bowls in four years (even if two were against the Bills) is unheard of. Both were terrific leaders and passers.
