This is an awesome property! The lobby areas of both buildings have been redone and the building has recently been painted. We have new resident manager as the old one was a waste of time. From what I've seen so far the new one is not much better. There is a major wild rooster/chicken problem in the area. The crowing starts early am and goes on throughout the day. Complaints have fallen on deaf ears. What was once a few roosters and hens has turned into dozens. Patrick Vitart the new resident manager has done nothing about this problem. All he needs to do is set traps on our property and get the ball rolling. So if you value your sleep, don't plan on living here.Patrick you need to post your email address for us since you're using the computers that the association payed for. Step up or step out!
