just got pierced by nate at the forest and elmwood location the shop was super clean ..and nate did a great job would reccomend them to anyon e ,javascript:__doPostBack('ctl00$ConBody$ItemRatingD ialog$SaveButton',''),!!!!!!!!!!!(plus the artists there are awesome)

Best tattoo shop in buffalo mark madden is awesome

ive been a customer of marks for years and i recently read the review negative review about maddtat2 i think it sounds rediculous...! mark has been known to be one of buffalos best tattooists ,,the fact that this girl was complaining about someone elses time going into hers,,!! what a winny brat thats how the tattooing field is ,,anyone who wasnt self centered would realize tattoos take time and i def, wouldnt want an artist to rush me out of the chair,,i think he was right to give her depostit back and kick her out,,

I had a terrible experience at the 1115 elmwood location.
In April was when I first started going to this shop and I got a nice memorial tattoo in memory of my grandmother and had my album artwork from my demo done by Mark Madden and in the beginning he seemed like such a nice artist and an all around nice person!
On July 13th I decided to go back to the shop to book an August 18th appointment for 5pm, and paid a $40 deposit that day.
When I booked my appointment Mark told me to email him a copy of the picture I wanted for my tattoo so I emailed him the picture to his myspace email that same day and explained everything I wanted and how I wanted it in the email, and he never responded to my email.
So on August 9th I emailed him again to make sure he got my email that I sent him back on July 13th and wanted to make sure everything was still on for the 18th @ 5pm and he still never responded.
When I went in for my 5pm August 18th appointment I was told he was still working on his other client so when I was waiting I showed my photo id, and filled out paperwork.
He didn't get done with the other client until 5:50 which was 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment and when I said it was rediculous that his other client was cutting into my appointment and the fact I sat in the boiling hot waiting room for an additional 50 minutes he got very nasty with me, when I explained my appointment was scheduled a month and 5 days in advance for 5pm and that it was my birthday he said what did you expect me to bake you a cake and made some very rude disrespectful comments that were uncalled for, I didn't need that kind of treatment.
I also explained that I need to be out of the shop by 7pm because I had plans he was acting very nasty, and he was unprepared and he had nothing drawn up.
He threw my $40 deposit in my face and told me to get out of his shop so I walked out on the porch waiting for my ride to pick me up and they took some guy who walked in off the street and gave him my appointment which was total bs and the guy working the desk locked me out of the shop.
I would never do business with this shop after the poor treatment I recieved while I was there and I wouldn't recomend this shop to my worse enemy because noone should have to experience this kind of disrespect or their nasty attitudes.
And I have had problems in the past with eternal ink and I experienced poor treatment from them so bad that I filed a complaint against the shop, and I am considering filing a complaint against maddtat2 with the better business bereau because they shouldn't be aloud to treat customers especially a customer who's been tattooed by them in the past and had artwork for my demo done by them.
