Seems to me the owner is an jerk. The type of guy that walks into a room and thinks he knows everything. I am a business owner in Buffalo and I gave him a chance. Lesson learned... Don't do business with him, I did and fully regret it. He makes promises that he simply cant keep. His head is bigger than his very very small business.
