Some regret. I drank my share of booze in my life but rarely drink now. Both my grandfathers were alcoholics and my father drank quite a bit. I took my cue from them and learned to control my drinking. No longer a factor in my life.

Depends where you are. If I'm drinking one of those 3 litre sodas in the movie theatre in the beginning of a 3 hour movie, I'm certainly going to regret it! Bustin to go! Anyway, getting to the serious side of things, drinking alcohol can be a big regret. Usually you have a chance to stop with drinking. But if you drink too much alcohol, daily, it can damage your health and even your relationships. That will be a big regret. Too much alcohol causes scaring of the liver and irreparable brain damage, plus it dehydrates the body. It can be such a big regret especially if you lose a lot of your intelligence later on in life or because when you were drunk got violent, arent as close to your kids as you would like and have been divorced. Plus the fact that you lose a lot of money.
