One of those habits that affects others around you. If you smoke at home away from your family, then I guess it's OK (for them, not you). I do think smokers need to be respectful of other people. As for the smokers regrets... just ask someone with Chronic Lung Disease.

I smoked on and off for a few years but I wasn't a real heavy smoker. I quit for good in 1993. I don't really have any regrets because I never let it become a factor in my life.

It all depends on how much you smoke. If you are just a light smoker, then things aren't so bad. But if you are a pack a day smoker, you may one day regret it, especially when you get lung cancer or a heart attack or strokes.

I haven't taken a drag in 14 months. But when I did I didn't regret it. My choice.

Smoking a disappointment? The world would be a better place if more people used tobacco and fewer used prozac. Tobacco is a filthy weed - I like it. It satisfies no normal need - I like it. It makes you thin, it makes you mean, It takes the hair right off your bean, It's the worst damned stuff I've ever seen - I like it!
