I have been shopping at Stereo Advantage for almost 30 years. That will now stop.
My most recent visit to the store was extremely disappointing. I was waiting for over 20 minutes for someone to help me, even the store was not overly busy and there were sales reps standing at counters looking at computer screens, no one offered to help. When I approached a sales rep he seemed disinterested and was very short in his responses to my questions. At one point he was actually rude when I asked a question concerning getting a video cable in the color white. When I finally purchased the item he offered me the opportunity to spin the wheel for a free gift. The wheel stopped on an item called i-clean but the sales rep offered me the opportunity to get a coffee at the café. Instead of getting the coffee I asked for the item where the wheel stopped and learned that it was actually a $14.90. The coffee would have been a dollar or two. I wonder if the Stereo Advantage management instructions their sales staff to direct customers away from the more expensive gifts.
As you can tell my experience was terrible and I will not shop there anymore nor will I ever refer any one to the store.
