Let him in already. I'm tired of hearing about what a rotten deal he's gotten.

An underrated guitar player (I should know I saw him live jsut a few years ago) and a live album that almost defines all live rock albums, but that's where his legacy stops so he is a long shot at best for the HOF!

I had signed a petition many years ago endorsing his induction. Still waiting. Many people on this page say "Yeah, but he only had one great album." I wonder if any of them have even heard anything outside Frampton Comes Alive. If it weren't for his 1st 4 albums, there'd be no Alive. Yes, it's great and one of the best-selling live albums of all time. His follow-up I'm In You was also a hotseller and earned him 2 hits, including the title track and his rockin' version of Stevie Wonder's "Signed, Sealed, Delivered." He also incorporated a sound device for using his vocal chords while playing called the Framptone. Yes, Frampton deserves to be inducted.

Humble Pie GREAT BAND, "Rockin' the Fillmore" GREAT LIVE ALBUM. "I want to tell you we really had a gas this time" (RIP S.M.) Peter Frampton very popular COMES ALIVE album. Not a flippin' chance to get into the hall, bring on DEEP PURPLE,please.

Just the work he did on (Rockin The fillmore) one of the greatest live albums ever made and a Must listen for any guitar Player is enough for induction. One of the most underated guitarest to ever play a les Paul.

. . .one good album is not HOF material. . .and there are those that think that the "Alive" album is overrated. . .too many worthy candidates are ahead of him. . .

Is there any reason why Peter Frampton doesn't deserve to be in the Rock and Roll of Fame? After all, he gave us the bestselling live album of all time, Frampton Comes Alive. Unfortunately, this is the only CD in most classic rock radio station's libraries. Yes, he did other stuff- "I'm In You," a smokin' version of "Signed Sealed Delivered," stuff from Humble Pie ("Natural Born Woman") and "I Can't Stand It No More." Before you say "The movie Sgt. Pepper is one reason he doesn't deserve to be in," that could've happened to anyone. As much as I love Aeroesmith, they were in that lackluster movie, too (and I believe they're in the Fame). That's more than my 2 cents worth but just my opinion.

Deserving of the Hall of Fame based on his Frampton Comes Alive ,let alone all the great recordings and performances before and after .... Its time..

Petey is awesome. He's really great at putting on a show, and his songs really do a lot for me. He's been around for quite some time and is still doing awesome. I think he's gotta be in.

Do You Feel Like I Do is the best concert song ever. People go crazy after AND during this masterpiece by Frampton and company. I could listen to it every day!

Frampton Comes Alive! is a great live album but not nearly enough to get him inducted.
