Excellent starter MP3 player. Excellent sound and easy to program. I had it going within a half hour of opening the box. The arm strap allows for use during workouts and the buttons are easy to work when you're sweating. I have the 128 meg model, which holds 40-plus songs. Do random play and you'll barely have to touch any buttons during your workout. Great for the person who just wants some tunes during a moderate workout and who isn't tech savvy. The yellow and black color is fine and the backlight is pretty decent, too. Recommended.
