Alienware is total rip off.
IT CHARGES TWICE THE PRICE OF RETAIL COMPONENT VALUES. and the costumer support is terrible i had issues with my video card, and they wouldnt replace me with a new one cause they put the cheapest video card possible of the brand name, computer died out on me custmer really bad, and really took my wallet off. i cant refund
IT SUCKS.

I bought an Alienware laptop believing that they believed in high quality products. Instead I got a laptop with a burnt pixel that glares brightly blue against a black background. But that's ok with the Alienware folks, because while they'll replace an LCD with such a defect in the middle of the screen, ifg it's slightly off to the right then I have to live with it or pay a 15 percent restocking fee to send back the laptop. When I tried to discuss this with their tech support manager he was condescending and snotty. Basically he said when they promise a computer free of defects, that doesn't include the LCD screen, and a pixel is only a defect if it is in the center of the screen. Outside of that, it's miraculously ok. If I had bought a laptop with a burnt LCD at Best Buy or CostCo, I could take it back without fee. Alienware is proud of having a lower customer service standard, and yet they pretend to be the best. Amazing...

Awesome computer, if it were 60% of its price..... Total crap for the actual price, youd think it wasnt made in the exact same plant as half the laptops on earth...
