I've owned a HP Compaq Presario 2100 for 8 months now and I totally regret it. It started shutting off for no apparent reason the 1st month, worsening bit by bit everyday, to the point where it doesn't even start anymore. I read all the reviews on this site, and I agree with the majority of fellow Preasrio owners out there. DO NOT BUY A COMPAQ~!

I have a Presario 2110US Notebook. It came with a 1.6GHz AMD Athlon processor, 512MB's of RAM, 60GB Hard Drive & 15 monitor. This is my second Compaq Notebook. While I'm not a fan of Compaq Desktops, the notebooks have proven to be durable. The only problem I had was a bad PCMCIA slot and Compaq fixed it over the weekend. The screen is very bright. Hard Drive is very big and the computer all in all is fast. I've recommended it to several friends and no one has given it a bad review.
