Love it! The animals are cool and their usage fits the song (which is very fun and catchy with a great melody and simple but effective lyrics) very well.

Too cutsy wootsy. Geek rockers trying to appeal to teenie boper girls. Of course this depends on which version. If it's the one with the lions, the comment above says it all. If it's the original version, thy likethe at. version, itjust plain sucks.

The video is sooooo cute. The song makes you feel good and the monkey and the puppies were cute. It's like a better version of the discovery channel.

This is one of my favorite videos out there right now. Directed by the amazing Spike Jonze, 'Island in the Sun' is one of the cutest, most inventive videos to come out in a long time. It is adorable, what with the puppies and the giraffes and such. A great video to go with a GREAT song, probably the best on the Green album. It shows Weezer's softer, more gentle side..and the monkey is absolutly wonderful.

Very cute and entertaining video. It is fun to watch these three(Their bassist was kicked out) guys play around with a bunch of adorable little animals and some not so little. I love the part when they throw the monkey up in the air in slow motion. Too bad the song itself isn;t that great.

I think the song and the video are both excellent. A lot of times, a band will come out with a good song, but the music video totally sucks, or vice-versa. But the song and the video are both so carefree and fun. I think this song is really relaxing personally...it's like you can just put it on and lay in a hammock and fall asleep, or float around in the pool on an air matress to it. My favorite part of the music video is the part where the little chimpanzee is being tossed around in the air...it looks like the band and the animals are having so much fun! Anyways, it's just a feel-good song and a feel-good video that just make you, well, feel good.

A feel good video that matches the feel good vibe of the song. I mean what's not too like about this video? It has monkeys, bears, a giraffe, puppies - it's like watching the discovery channel while listening to Weezer. My favorite part of the video is the monkey being thrown up into the air slow motion to the instrumental solo...
