What's good: It's durable. Been dropped many times with no side effects. Also the speaker phone function is pretty good. What's not good: When you speak with someone, it sounds almost as if you are talking to a robot. Not sure what exactly happens to morf the person's voice through this phone but somehow it happens. Also when text messages come through it will display the number but not the sender's name, even if you subscribe to the service.
