Based on other reviews and my personal experience, it seems to me that Pacsun's online order service is really lacking. I ordered my item hoping to get it in time for my trip, and I have received the item, but it is the wrong item. Instead of my XS tunic, I received a size medium coat. I'm sure the person who received my tunic is even more upset than I am. This morning I called customer service and the gentleman informed me that I can either bring it into a store to return it or return it through their smart label return service, which of course would take much longer. He told me he could provide me the phone number to some Pacsun stores, but when I asked if he himself could check if my actual item was available in the stores, he told me he couldn't. Then I proceeded to calling a local Pacsun and the employee told me I should call customer service and ask them to check because their item numbers are all different. Pacsun should really find a way to synchronize their item numbers and do something for customers who received the wrong order to make up for their screw-ups.

Nice clothes; nice price; bad service. I went in there and purchased a t-shirt in clearance and went up to the counter to pay for it. The man said the total was $19.99. But it was on a clearance rack that said $6.99. It also said $6.99 on the tag on the shirt. I showed him the rack where I got it from, but he still blatantly denied it. It then got to the point where I had to spead to the manager. He ended up giving me the shirt for $3.99 because of the man's bad service. Neither of the men, the manager nor the cashier, appoligizied to me. It turns out the shirt doesn't even fit. The body of it was good, but the arms and shoulders were way too small. Overall, I will never shop her again. I only gave it one star because I am a tough critic.

Pacsun is definatly a decent store. Their clothes are unique and colorful, and the prices are decent. Also, their jean and tee collection is great!

I placed an order on pacsun.com and never received it. When i called their "customer care" advised me to wait a few more days eventhough it said DELIVERED. I called their customer service 4 times within 1 month and now im waiting for a refund that i requested 2 weeks ago. All they can say is " im sorry and we promise you'll get your money back" Their service is disappointing!!!

my favorite store. they aren't too expensive, and their clothes are cutee. they last too. they have the best smellling perfume and always play friggggin beast-ass music in there (;

I really like this store, it totally appeals to my taste in clothing. It blasts some of my favorite music, their selection of skinny jeans is great, and they're cheap too. I live in Iceland, and the price here is much greater than I am used to. I come to the USA at least once a year, and each time I come here, I buy a bunch of T-shirts, hoodies and jeans. And their sunglasses are excellent, really colorful and fun. The staff is also extremely friendly, at least they are in my experience. The PacSun stores that I have visited are in Mall @ Millenia and Florida Mall, in Orlando, FL

I have shopped at Pac Sun for several years, and it has been the one place where I find jeans that fit correctly. Now, I'm not sure if what I'm saying goes for all Pac Suns these days, but I was very disappointed with the changes I saw in the Pac Sun in Mayfair Mall in Wisconsin. My first disappointment came when all Pac Suns cancelled the perfume, Lilu. When the Pac Sun in Mayfair remodeled, all I found were skinny jeans (and I prefer bootcut). I asked if they had bootcut jeans, and the woman pointed me over to some disorganized tables that only contained skinny jeans. Also, I was always pleased that Pac Sun never blasted the music, but that has changed too. The music was louder than what I have heard in any store (including other popular, trendy stores). The bass was so heavy that I thought the roof was going to collapse, and I got a headache within 5 minutes of being there. I truly hope these changes are not in store for all Pac Suns.

This is overpriced Chinese crap clothing that is supposed to appeal to the skater crowd. It's a corporate entity with clothes that speak that. Totally not hip.

Their in-store personnel are helpful and very well trained. However, their online customer service is terrible and their shipper (fed ex) is even worse. I was hung up on twice when I told them I thought their customer service lacked professionalism (isn't that ironic). And at any given time, no one knew exactly where my package was and blamed it on everyone else. My advice - go to the store.

I really like this place but I wish it was cheaper.

a store that finally appeals to the youth. its products arent made cheaply either well most of them arent

I like their jeans but I did buy a pair once where the zipper basically came unstiched after only one wearing and they refused to take it back stating that since I already wore it they could not give me a refund. Way to stand behind your products! I have also bought flip flops there that fell apart while I was wearing them and had to walk home barefoot!! I had only owned these for a few weeks! I think when you shop here you are paying for the name/trendiness of the store more than the quality of the products.

I go there for jeans. Why? Because they're reasonably priced, and they're just JEANS. The other stuff is for dumb kids.

I shop there when I get gift cards, not a bad selection.

Don't bother paying extra for "PRIORITY MAIL" on their website! Priority Mail is 2-3 day shipping according to the post office! It's 6 days now and I STILL DON'T HAVE MY ORDER. And their customer services says sorry THEIR definition of "PRIORITY MAIL" is 2-7 BUSINESS DAYS? HUH? NOT HELPFUL!! I wasted my money for faster service, and GOT NOTHING. Not ordering from there again!

this is my favorite store.... one thing they do that i absolutle hate is the rack flipping for tshirts in which you can hardly see them because there so tightly packed in there... i dont really like some of the prices but there the same prices as at any department store if you exclude sales and mark downs... and i mean i hate the whole buy 2 to get the deal thing like 2 jeans for 55 bux or 1 pair for 40 i meean why would you pay 40bux for jeans when you could get another for 15 but id ya know rather just pay 27.50 or 30... but yea cool store with friendly people

I like this store, quality products with the styles I sport. But dont go there if your on a budget, thats some expensive stuff.

PacSun is the best store ever. It's definitely my favorite. I love the whole skater and surfer line of clothing. Their clothes hold up well and don't fall apart, but they are expensive. The only thing I don't like about the store is the high prices.
