Something that has been discussed. If Cheney decides to leave the ticket, you will probably see this if Powell has no interest in the Vice Presidency. If Bush is re-elected, Guliani will have some role in his 2nd term.

What a great move this would be. Guliani has proved he has the charisma and the poise to handle anything.
