I'm going to say that I was disappointed with this one as well. Don't get me wrong I think it was needed for story line (explaining what happened to the klingons and the beginnings of Dr. Soong...simply genius) and it had some interesting story lines, and also the acting was pretty good. But when it comes to being scared of the transport and dealing way to much with the future, I just got tried of living in the past. I mean the whole point to Star Trek is to "Boldly go where no man has gone before..." not "Weakly return to grandpa's timeframe"

Despite what everyone says, this has to be the best StarTrek ever. Everything is more rough, the actors more realistic, the situations more precarious. There is not one weak episode here. You get to see how the early Vulcans interacted with the humans. You saw how the humans stumbled their way into space. It was great!

Rising from its own Broken Bow ashes, Enterprise has surged past DS9 and even TNG as a solid Trek series. The third season is a perfect example of this. While somewhat dark in concept, the series never became too bogged down in angst or the war. Even more, the special effects are astounding and the plots still overall optimistic. The cliffhanger of the third season is television's best open ending EVER! The third best of the Star Trek series, behind Voyager and the Original.

It gets a three but, then again, so would just about any Star Trek show at the end of it's third season.
