George Bush is a war criminal, think about it he is doing the same scare tatics that Hitler did, he can be quoted as saying a dictatorship would be easier to run, and what with the homeland security it is a scare tatic and a police state type thing as seen in Nazi Germany ie. the SS. Futher more I do not know a coutry more ignorant & errogant, only thing is they do not know it.

I defer to Captain JamesKirk's comments below...Could not have said it better! Update! Want a post Magellan? Ok. Our foreign policy should be this. We should get the U.S. out of the U.N. and the U.N. out of the U.S. We are the U.N.! We fund more than half of it and it is made up of many countries that despise us! Foreign policy? Who helps us out in times of need? France? Not! Russia? Hardly. We and Britain stand alone anyway! Why worry about foreign policy?

Then why post Louie? My take: in the quote above, GWB was being philosophical. He correctly saw the world how it is. In practice however, he doesn't think that it's important to be 'welcomed' by the world. And he doesn't care if we are resented. How else can you explain his foreign policy?

This is not a flip-flop on an issue. If your intent is to show that we have Bush has displayed arrogance in his foreign policy, in my opinion, your statement is wrong. 9/11 changed the world. Pres. Bush's reaction has been to defend our country against all acts of terrorism and those who would support it. Some may perceive that as arrogance; others may feel it as self-defense; still others may feel it is a pro-active response to all those who harbor terrorists and financially support acts of terrorism.

Go to Comedy Central, the Jon Stewart show to see Pres Bush debate Gov Bush. Hilarious and revealing.
