04/22/2007 | So many great ways to cook asparagus. I love it grilled. Also I like to puree it with lemon and olive oil for a very delicious pasta sauce.

05/23/2005 | Asparagus is my favorite green vegetable. I love it roasted in olive oil, a bit of fresh ground pepper and salt and fresh grated parmesan cheese over it. It is good steamed and marinated in Italian dressing and served cold too.

02/23/2004 | Delicious stuff, one of my favorites. An interesting tidbit: if it makes your urine smell, you have a recessive gene passed down by (I believe) your mother. Remember this for Trivial Pursuit.
