04/27/2008 | Our entire family loves this show!! It has all the elements of fiction, yet is a factual realty show..You can laugh, cry, get mad & enjoy..All these emotions in only 30 minutes.. Great Show!!!

01/09/2008 | I do like this show ~ to an extent. It ALWAYS shows drunk passengers though. To make it worse, the last one I watched, showed a couple going to Vegas, having issues, and the staff GAVE them 2 bottles of champagne. Make up your minds!!! Either you are too drunk to fly or not drunk enough. Where is the line drawn???

09/18/2007 | I don't know.I just did not enjoy seeing rude drunken passengers,claiming to be on cell phones with their respective lawyers because they missed the flight announcment because they were in a airport bar. Or seeing surly southwest employees trying to make thierselves look important. Flying is stressful enough I just did not enjoy this show.

11/01/2006 | I watched this show once and it was enough! Just watching it made my blood pressure go up! The stress of flying now-a-days is stressful enough; I really do not want to know what it is like behind the scenes in an airport. Plus they try to portray the airline employees as victims! The show is really one sided. What about the poor flyer that is expecting a flight to return home and some moron over booked the flight so they are stuck on standby, they never show that. They want you to pity the airline employees and not the flyers, it makes me sick.

07/07/2006 | I don't usually sit down and watch this but will stop by while channel surfing and watch for a bit. It can be quite comical and I have been in a few of the situations before. The people that work in airports have almost no control over what goes on with the flights but get the brunt of it all...and yes...I have given my share of grief to these people.

10/13/2004 | Not a bad show, as it shows the up and downs of flying. Why do they have bars in these airports and then decide the *passenger* is to drunk to get on board.
The U.K. version is pretty much the same, but what's with those silly hats?

10/09/2004 | I honestly didn't know that they're are bars at Airports until I watched the show (and cuz i've never been on a plane) but how stupid is that. They need to get that out of there, it's pathetic. But it looks stressfull just to boared a plane.

09/26/2004 | I used to watch this show religiously. But you get used to the same set up every single episode: you have your token drunk guy, your over booking crisis, and your hostile customer threatning to sue the airline. Gets pretty dull.

07/22/2004 | reality shows are the best, COPS was the first reality show, and it still is the greatest ! but this show really has what it takes to become one of the greats, i pray they never go as corny or tacky as SURVIVOR or the survivor type ( too much like soap aperas )its great to see such reality on tv these days, if only they had been around when i was a teen ( 33 yrs old now ). this show does need more episodes, i noticed many are re runs and if only they could come up with alot more episodes then it will survive on network tv.

07/08/2004 | Love it. I find it absolutely amazing what buffoons some people are. Give them a couple of drinks and they are 10 times worse. It's actually kinda funny to watch them.
