The part where the paintings start melting and the thermometer bursts was the most horifying for me, I think of this episode whenever it's too hot outside

Worthy of its top 10 placement. Outstanding performances from the leads Lois Nettleton and Betty Garde. This episode drew me in perhaps more than any other, so much so that I began to feel the heat exhaustion myself. Superb ending.

I remember the elderly woman desperately trying to open the can of juice. It was a nice touch that illustrated the desperation of the situation.

So good, you could feel yourself schvitzing just watchin it.

Damn, this one is good. Every time I see it I see something new. One of the best written episodes, and extremely well filmed.

It was amazing how much that the creators of the original series could do with so little: they had tiny budgets, but boy did they have brains. This was one of the very best.
