Madeline was a very funny actress. Her most memorable parts to me were in Blazing Saddles and Young Frankenstein. She had a great voice and great timing, plus in her youth she was real soft on the eyes.

Sorry about your being deceased, but you have NO business here among these actresses.

What in the hell is Madeline Kahn doing up here? Someone's bad joke.

madeleine kahn was perhaps the most accomplished comic actress of her time. if she had never done anything else than that glorious dietrich parody in "blazing saddles", she would have earned her place in the comic firmament. you are much missed, madeleine!

She was good in "Young Frankenstein." She was even better as Eunice in "What's Up, Doc?" But I enjoyed her most as the "Winky Tinky" woman in "Paper Moon" - probably because "Paper Moon" was so thoroughly entertaining in the first place.

Responsible for much of the pizzazz in anything she was cast. "Blazing Saddles" and "Young Frankenstein" would not have been the same without her hilarious presence. She had a great sense of timing and was very adept at putting that little touch of insanity into her characters. Her voice was perfect for comedy and made almost anything she said a riot. I would have liked to have seen her in more films but alas, she was another great talent taken too soon. She will no doubt be remembered fondly for many years..."Oh, sweet mystery of life at last I've found thee!"

She is awesome! The best comic actress ever.

Madeline Kahn was a funny lady. I did not see her in a whole lot. she was good in Young Frankenstein, as Elizabeth. I liked her in the Cosby show from the 1990s. She also had a good singing voice. what i liked is she was not afraid to look silly to be funny.

Madeline Kahn is far by the greasest actress in the world. She has been in so many great movies, and it was so sad when she died of overian cancer a few years ago. She always makes me laugh and sometimes gives me a good cry.

I cannot think of a greater comedic actress(Young Frank., Blazing Saddles, Yellowbeard) than Ms. Kahn. I thought the same thing before she died, so this is in no way posthumously elevated praise. She was incredible!

Madeline Kahn is, no doubt about it, the best actress/person/woman that ever lived. She was a great inspiration to many, including myself. She was a very beautiful comical genius and I was devistated upon hearing about her death. She has forever changed my life and I look forward to finally meeting her...much later.

I always like Madeline Kahn, there was just something about her, I was sad to hear of her death. I can really only think of her in a handful of roles such as Young Frankenstein and Blazing Saddles but I thought she was very funny and I don't care what anyone says she was a babe to boot.
