DISTRICT MANAGER I WAS NOT PLEASE WITH SERVICE PERSON (SHAMON) WHEN I CAME ON DECEMBER 19,2006 @16:00 PM AT THIS LOCATION. FIRST OF ALL, HE ATTEMPTED TO CHANGE THE TELEVISON SET WITH ASKING CUSTOMERS IF THEY WERE WATCHING THE TELEVISON PROGRAM. NEXT, HE BROUGHT OUT THE INFORMATION ON MY CAR NEEDING TO TIRES AND ASKED IF I NEED TO SEE THEM. I ASKED HIM ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE AND HAVE HE HAD ANY TRAINING CLASSES. HE STATED, NO BUT I ATTENDED COLLEGE CLASSES SO I KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE. MEANWHILE, WE CONTINUED TO WALK IN THE SHOP AREA AND HE STATED I AM WORKING ON MY MASTER IN BUSINESS ADMINSTRATION. LATER, HE WALKED OFF IN THE RETAIL AREA WITHOUT LISTENING TO ANY OF MY CONCERNS. I LEFT THE SHOP AREA AND WAITED FOR HIM BUT HE LEFT ME STANDING AT THE COUNTER. I PICKED UP MY KEYS TO MY CAR AND LEFT THIS SHOP. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR GATEWAY FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE NOT BEEN TREATED DISRESPECTFUL LIKE THIS BEFORE. I WILL NOT ATTEND THIS SHOP AGAIN AND I AM REQUESTING FOR MR. SHAMON TO ATTEND SOME CLASSES ON DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC. I KNOW HE KNOWS BETTER BUT MAYBE I HAD COME TO THE SHOP SO LATE AND HE WAS READY TO CLOSE. I WAS NEEDING HELP WITH PURCHASING SOME TIRES BUT I SEE MY BUSINESS WAS NOT NEEDED.
