Treated my friend like crap when they ruined her coat! Definitely not recommend, poor business skills. pulled from their personal website: Bensinger's Promise To You You must be completely satisfied with the quality of our cleaning services and our efforts on your behalf. If you are not satisfied, we will rectify the problem or refund your cleaning charge. (Refunds will be mailed from Bensinger's office) You will recieve your garments back by 6:00 PM on the day promised. Clearly they do not live up to their word. Consumer beware!

Horrible customer service! Ruins clothes and places the blame on the customer! Terrible attitude, does not deserve your business!!!!
