I banked with them almost from the beginning for about 5 years. They were okay. But, a big problem was that they piggy-backed on the 1ST Tennessee network so even though my paycheck would be deposited via direct deposit, and I-Bank would recognize it at their locations, no merchants knew that I had money for several more days. That was a drag.
