LOVE this Barbeque!!! To me, it is the BEST! The meat is tender, LEAN and succulent. Central is not frugal when they make a sandwich--they really pile on the meat. Slaw is perfect--sauce is not too hot and not too mild...very tangy and flavorful BBQ! You have GOT to try it! SC at FedEx
