They're now the Washington Nationals. The city will build you a new stadium. The city wants a baseball team badly and is starved for a winner. There are would-be fans right there to be won over and there is some great wealth and power in the area that assures money in your pockets from Luxury suites and high profile people at your games. This would be a fun ownership.
