I think he was treated unfairly. Why isn't the Chicago Tribune suing to open John Kerry's divorce records as they did with Ryan's? But, divorce records aside, the man is an empty suit, ala John Edwards.

I am no supporter of conservatives, as a rule, but I feel Ryan got a raw deal. People are so damned uptight about sex in this country that they let it get in the way of reason. Yes, Ryan had some unusual sexual habits, but not illegal, I might point out! The real matter for consideration is, could he serve the public well? His ex-wife, Jerri Ryan, says that he could. If even she (the only one who has a direct claim to victimhood) could set aside her personal feelings to give a reasoned response, why couldn't his own party?
