The people were friendly but a little too friendly. It almost bordered on patronization because it just didn't seem genuine. Don't get gel nails done here! They do not know what they are doing. A friend of mine in New York came to visit me and showed off her gorgeous set of gel nails and I just had to have a set. I had never had gel nails before and did not know the proceedure for gel nails so I called before my first visit and asked specifically if the salon did gel nails. I was told they knew how to do them and that they had a technician specifically trained to do them. That was a lie. The service I received was an acrylic nail with a gel overlay which I came to find out is NOT gel nails. I was way overcharged for the acrylic nail with gel overlay service I received but it would have been a very good price if I would have received the gel nail service I requested. When I went in for a fill in the so called specifically trained technicnan was not available and she convenced me that her husband would be able to get me started and that he would do a good job. He filed my natural nails so thin they were sore. I ended up having to have the nails removed and getting my natural nails treated by a doctor.

It was fine. It's nice that they allow children to have services too and their services are cheaper. But the pedicure technician was too rough while massaging my legs & feet and scrubbed a little too firmly. My 7yr. old had a great time and they were quite gentle with her. I would go there for a polish change and for my daughter to get a quick pedicure, but I think I'll stick with my usual spa/salon for regular pedicures.
