I have been a customer of Crystal Nails for over 9 years and I think that they do an amazing job. The waxing for the eyebrows is fantastic. I wouldn't go to any other shop.

I am not that familiar with the way that crystal nails does nails but I absolutely love the way that they wax eyebrows.It is the only place that I will allow to wax my eyebrows but i go elsewhere for nails and pedicures.They are very neat with waxing,they take their time and make sure they get every strand of hair on your face.I love crystal nails eyebrow waxing.

I went to Crystal Nails for a manicure today and was very disappointed with the results. My nails ended up ragged and the french manicure looked as if I had done it myself! The nail tech did it in a matter of 3 minutes. It was very uneven and not even completely painted on the sides of the nails. When I talked with the manager she blamed the shoddy job on the fact that my nails were too short, which is crazy because I always get french manicures with short nails. She said that the lady would "touch up" the horrible job she did. When I asked to get them done over, she said that the lady would "touch them up". I was not happy with the response and decided to leave. I am not happy with the rush job that was done on my nails, nor am I happy about the way in which it was addressed. I do not recommend this shop for manicures. Thank God I didn't get a pedi!
