We used Salesforce.com for our sales team. Perhaps with salespeople with more office time, it works. For us, it didn't. Our team spends so much time on the road, no one had the time to learn it. Each person said it was too cumbersome and difficult to learn. We determined not to renew. However, Salesforce.com "renewed" for us. My credit card was automatically charged, without my approval. I tried multiple times to get this resolved, but could never even get a return phone call or email. (Of course, when I first bought the program, they were readily available.) I was forced to dispute the charges through AMEX. At that time, I was finally contacted by Salesforce and told it would take 10 days to reverse the charges. 10 days! I was not particularly pleased with the program. However, the way in which the "renewal" and credit was handled was unethical and very poor customer service. I do not recommend this company.
