From now on I am only giving helpfuls etc. to the reviews of mixed race women under 45 with hot profile pictures and not the default eagles, rhinos, lemurs, and the like. Thank you for being understanding of my opinion.

Oh please, please, please say yes......

Since there are idiots and savants in every age and gender group, I'd prefer to be able to filter out myspacers and facebookers, especially the ones who write reviews like, "dunno",  "ewww" or "never heard of it". 

I'd rather read opinions of people of any age group or gender. Just because you're older/younger or male/female doesn't make your opinions any better or worst than everyone else's.

I didn't know this feature exists. I've got to go find it now.

Am I correct in assuming that this feature no longer exists?

I personally hardly ever use this feature, as I find it more helpful to read diverse opinions from all different types of people in one lump.

I really like this feature. I like to see what other teens like me think about things.

Very easy to filter the ratings via Gender and Age and is a very helpful feature. A great way to find out what an isolated group of people think about different topics.

Very straightforward but it occurs to me that I don't see how I can isolate the written opinions, once I leave the ratings list page.

Seems really clear to me. On a page with a ratings list, you just use the drop-down menus in the green box that's in the upper-right of the page.
