Ok... I don't know the effectivness of this suppliment. I do know that it takes a while until your body adjusts to this and that. I tried it. It somewhat worked. Somewhat because I don't know whether it was a suppliment that actually worked or was it my psychological state. I guess it will work for you if you believe it. For all I know if you take a tic-tac and brainwash yourself that might work as well.

Does not effect mood in any way. Way over rated...

I Have used st.johns wort all my young adult to mid age years now, and this product really helps me to keep in good spirits!!!! i rescently bought the GNC Brand of st. johns wort, and i feel better already!! i have been taking this for over 20 yrs, and it really helps to keep me smiling!! and mellow!! i would never recommend anyone to take doctors prescription for mood swings, dont!! buy a all natural st. johns wort and you will feel much better!! i guarantee it, it did it for me, only thing you will be sunburned easily so wear a high protection sun screen!! aloha marty
