I love this neighborhood as its a safe, easy accessible area to live in the city. Its nice enough cause its quiet enough, yet also has some hussle and bussle due to geary blvd. The one thing, they need a couple more neighborhood bars in the USF area of the inner richmond. The pig and whistle isn't that great, more diversity would be nice.

Yeah, parkings a pain, bit so is it everywhere in the City. Live near clement and what a vibrant and alive place to be. Streets crowded with shoppers any day of the week. Many, many diverse restaurants all over the place. Rent's cheaper than most, and the neighborhood has a nice feel. We're loving it here.
