Nothing worse than some jackass blabbing and crunching popcorn or talking on the cell nearby to ruin the movie. This is why I wait for the DVD to show up at the flea market for two bucks.

People who are loud mouths who make stupid comments and bad jokes all through the movie. Crying babies and little ones who cannot sit still and cannot be quiet do not annoy me as much as the parents who have learned to ignore them or tune them out annoy me.

Must fight urge to kick chair. I am not interested in your commentary on Spiderman 3.

Nothing ruins the experience of watch a film, quite like a rude film goer. By the way, turn your cell phone off or leave it at home!

When I am king- these people will be publicly flogged and crucified. The constant talkers. . .the cell-phone idiots. . .and worst of all- those who bring a toddler to a late movie. . .these people must die horrible deaths to bring back manners and save the gene pool.

Ranges from mildly annoying to exceptionally irritating, the worst cases can really ruin a flick. There's many varieties of annoying film goer: There are cell phone addicts who talk about either how boring the movie is, or they're giving a play-by play of what's going on on the screen. There are the two that sit together and won't shut up through the movie. There's that guy who brings in his PSP and plays it (with the light on) during the movie (at least he's considerate enough to turn off the audio). There's the guy who really needs leg room, but sat directly behind you so that he's constantly bashing the back of your chair. There's the new moms who bring young children into inappropriate films, so that they cry in the middle of it. There's the people who think that people are actually interested in their movie commentary and shout out their opinion from the top row. There's the person who, for some reason, has to get up from his or her seat every ten minutes that happens to sit near the center of the front row. There's the movie-seat sprawlers, who aren't content to keep themselves in their own seats and spill over to yours and their other neighbors. Then there are the real winners who, if they see a boob or a butt or other naughty parts, they'll whoop and holler for fifteen minutes (I've actually left a theater for this one; in the beginning of 28 Days Later, there's full frontal male nudity for a moment, and people would NOT shut up for at least fifteen minutes. If you're too immature to handle a rated R film, don't go. Especially if you still refer to the male genitalia as his wee wee.) It won't stop me from going to the movies, but it will prompt me to go to better theaters and go to matinees (I'd hate to say this, but popular teen hangouts tend to be the worst, particularly at night on the weekends.)

People should be kicked out of theatres if they cannot shut their yap once the movie starts. Can't say that I have been to many movies where a bunch of crying kids ruined the experience but I have been to several movies where the people in front of me kept getting up over and over and over and over. I understand getting up to use the can or to get a snack but getting up over and over is annoying as hell.

Thi sis the number one reason why I seldom go to the movies. Movie goers, there are a few simple rules to abide by that will make everyones movie-going experience more pleasurable. After all, everyone else in the theater paid to see the movie too. Rule 1, keep talking to a minimum. If you must say something to someone, whisper it in their ear. Number 2, put your cell phone on vibrate. If you get an important call during the movie, go to the lobby and call them back. Number 3, if the movie isn't a childrens movie then leave your child at home with a babysitter. If you can't afford one then you shouldn't be blowing the few dollars you have on the movies. Thanks!

Soooo annoying. I once went to a movie where little kids were doing somersaults down the stairs and throwing golf balls at the screen. Finally my friend Tim stood up and threatened to go to the manager. They called us some names and then left, thankfully.

Nothing annoys me more when people talk so loud during the movie, parents letting their kids run up and down the aisles, and people that point their laser pen at the screen.
