Depends mostly on the trailer. There are a lot that give too much info away. There are some that come out so long before the movie starts that, by the time it actually hits the theater, I've thought the movie had come and gone already and lost interest in it. Generally, though, trailers are a good way to gauge whether or not that movie's worth seeing.

Annoying? Not at all, I enjoy seeing the previews of upcoming movies.
