why is he out?

My question is...why is this repellent and sickening excuse for a human being out of prison and walking the streets? Charlie Manson will never get out (rightfully so), but even Crazy Charlie never beat a 6-year old girl to death.

this monster doesnt deserve to have his freedom back. lisa doesn't have that option. he hurt that little girl not once but many times until he killed her. she was helpless and had no way to defend or save herself and he didn't care. his 15 minutes of fame should be from him getting 15 minutes of justice he deserves.
