I was overbooked on a flight from Las Vegas to JFK, and the flight attendent promised everyone first class for their troubles free of charge. I also have noticed other people's comments, and if they are really upset they should speak with a Delta Agent or just not use Delta if their experience was horrid the first times.

Delta airline has no regards for its customers flying International (Houston-Atlanta-Lagos and Lagos- Atlanta-Houston). This is my experience flying Delta Airline for the first time:
On my trip to Nigeria I had arrived at the George Bush Intercontinental Airport Houston TX, checked in 2 suitcases which was the maximum per customer, my carry on luggage was measured at the counter at check in and it passed the required dimension check. I set out to security, and then arrived at the Gate where my flight to Atlanta was to depart from. It was finally time to board and to me greatest surprise I was told by one of the ladies at the gate that my carry on luggage did not meet the required dimension just by her looking at it (Now how possible is that when I was cleared at the front desk and not to mention this is a carry on luggage I have used to travel for over a year with other airlines without any problem I told her it was measured at the front desk and it was cleared, she called the front desk and the confirmed what I had said rather than allowing me board she still insisted I was not going to travel with my carry on, at this time all passengers had boarded the aircraft so I then said to her what if the checked it in. she said that would not be possible as I have already checked in my maximum number of suitcases. I pleaded with her because I did not know what next to do she then said I will miss my flight. I then asked for an airline bag (You know those bags that airlines offer to customers with excess luggage, of which you pay for anyway) she said I had to go to the front desk for that and if I did that I will surely miss my flight. At this time the gate had been closed and all my family members were on board the aircraft (I thought to myself how inconsiderate and mean can someone who is supposed to be a customer service rep be?). Now I was confused and had no option than to rush down the hall way luckily I saw one of the cleaners from whom I collected a garbage bag I then rushed to the gate and asked if I transfer the contents into the garbage bag if that will be OK and she said yes so I did just that, they gate was opened for me and I dashed out living behind my carry on luggage which was actually a birthday gift from my wife.
On arriving at the Atlanta airport where we board our connecting flight to Lagos, I had to buy a new carry on luggage, of course at airport price $150.00 for a regular carry on an expense not planned for. At the gate in Atlanta after so much delay it was now time to board then a customer service rep or whatever the call them now made an announcement saying that most carry on luggages would have to be checked in this time because the aircraft was small. Of course mine was checked in along with half that of other passengers. It was at this time I was really upset and I asked the lady at the gate why is it OK for you guys to check in carry on luggages now despite the fact that we had checked in our maximum of two suitcases (because that was the reason why the lady at the Houston airport refused to check in my carry on) and all she could say was that they are different individuals, this did not go down well with me as airlines make the policy and not the employee.
The flight to Lagos was a different experience with half the flight attendants being unfriendly. On arrival to Lagos one of the suitcases did not arrive however, there where passengers who did not receive either of there suitcases and every one had to file a complaint for missing luggage. Mine came in the 2 days later.
On returning to America I shared my experience with some friends, who happen to have similar if not worse experiences with Delta Airlines and have vowed never to fly Delta Airlines due to there horrible and poor customer service.
More so, we all think it will be best for some other airlines to start fly direct to Nigeria from America that way the monopoly by Delta Airline is broken and there will be room for competition after all the America Nigeria route is a highly profitable one so why should the passengers be treated with disrespect.
As for me I will not fly Delta Airline especially on international flights

After calling Delta twice previous to my flight to request wheelchair service (as I had badly sprained my ankle), they failed to take care of my basic needs. The man at the outside check in proceeded to tell me that he didn't know how to get one, and had the audacity to ASK for a tip. I proceeded to the security area, where my requests were ignored further. By this time, I was feeling fatigue. I can't tell you how difficult it is to take off your shoes and belt and carry baggage with crutches. (I was wearing a guitar gig bag on my back, and no one even asked me if I needed help.) Once through security, I crutched my way to my gate, all the way looking for a Delta worker to stop and ask for a wheelchair. Finally, I found a woman who I was going to ask. She saw my struggle, and rather than helping me, she decided to chastise me by saying, "You should have asked for a wheelchair!" --Though I had asked on more than occasion. Rather than offering to get me one, she made a turn, and I couldn't find her to ask for her assistance. After another few minutes of struggling through the halls to the gate, finally, another woman saw me and assisted me. When I was finally at the gate and the plane arrived, the flight attendant asked me if I needed a wheelchair. I respectfully declined, as I thought that I would just be walking a couple of feet to get onto the plane. She neglected to tell me that I had to walk down a long, wet ramp to get to the plane. The ramp was steep, took me quite far from the gate, and had I known the distance--if the flight attendant had had the sense to tell me--I would have certainly accepted the wheelchair. Finally, once I carefully crutched to the plane, I saw that there were many steps to get up into the aircraft. After gate-checking my guitar, I asked an airline worker if they would be able to assist me in getting up the steep, wet steps into the plane, as I cannot put any weight on my ankle. Rolling her eyes and sighing, she replied, "Fine, I'll have to ask the guy to get the lift." After she stood there for at least 3 minutes without asking anyone, I was embarrassed that I was holding up the whole flight. After another few minutes without any signs of a lift, I had to crawl into the plane. On my hands & knees. Needless to say, I will NEVER EVER fly Delta again. I'd be happy to pay $100 extra dollars for a flight, as long as it's not with Delta.

I haven't flown with these bastards for years, due to a series of problems too long to enumerate here without risking a coronary.

Reading magellan and CanadaSucks reviews makes me understand some of what I went through.

Is this one of those going-out-of-business-airlines we read about every week? After traveling for years and not using this company I was forced into purchasing an itinerary. CS doesn't get mad at airports (no point, really) but it became an exercise at almost every turn as this company did almost every possible thing to make sure that I would never fly with them again. Save for two very nice employees I met, this is one airline that deserves whatever fate it gets.

Awful airline. Typically late, with little to no compensation. Granted some of it may be out of their hands (e.g., weather), but I have yet to fly on a Delta flight that left on time. Customer service, especially at JFK, is horrible. Rude and unhelpful personnel.

Delta is not only expensive, but it is not a great airline either. Flew overseas a month ago and upon my return home, I didn't get to take a single piece of luggage home with me, except my carry-on. Guess what. They LOST BOTH MY BAGS! I eventually got my bags a week later. One of the bags had some herbs for my sick wife and they stole that!

while the experience of flying was acceptable from Seattle to Florida. The plane was so packed, the line for the one bathroom available was not a good experience. But the airlines losing my luggage was the worst. I was paged on my flight to check in with the ticket agent upon deboarding, to be told my luggage had been left in Atlanta. In Seattle they said they would deliver my bag which was a sleep apnea machine that I need on a daily basis, the following day. That was February 19, 2008. It is not May 9th and no machine, no customer service and no baggage refund has been made even though my claim was filed and received on 2/28/08. If you check about the claim you are referred to a call center in ??? (India) And of course, no one knows anything!!!!
Horrible follow-up!!!

Horrible! Really expensive charges if you need to modify reservations, this time it cost me 1000!. Southwest is SO much better. I fly one roundtrip a week, and Southwest always manages to exceed expectations.

I have flown this airline about 2 times a year in the last 4 or 5 years, the last was in August and that was the last time I will. I've always found the service to be mediocre at best, and during the august flight everyone from the gate agents,to the inflight crew were horrible, and yes even the pilots were snippy, telling us that our beverage service consisted of warm water, that's it!. I don't have to have alot of perks when flying,I only care about getting to my destination but when the employees go out of their way to make you feel like ("how dare those damned passengers board this plane and make me actually work)you honestly feel like you are intruding on their personal time..

Update:

delta and northwest airlines announced they are merging and this will create the biggest US airline..this will probably be a nightmare for customers who live in smaller communities that will very limited options. and as far as the employees hopefully not too many will be layed off,if they had sucky customer service before expect them to be even more surly and rude if they fear their jobs are in danger.

Used to be a great airline but sadly with all their acquisitions over the years and the deregulation of the industry, they've gone down hill pretty quickly. God help them if they merge with Northwest!

Long story short: Delta looses luggage, steals out of the lost luggage, then is rude about it when you file a claim with their horrible customer service, or lack there of.

I had two bags checked, two bags carried. I had one stop-over which turned into a lay-over. My first flight was delayed, got there late. Second flight was delayed, got to destination late. I waited for my bags only to find out they were lost. Me and around 20 other people's luggage was lost. I filed a claim with a man who looked like he hated life.

A Mexican man delivered my luggage almost 24hours later ... he was wearing street clothes and came up in a beat up Honda. That's who Delta hires?! The company is called: Baggage Express. Before signing a paper he put in my face I checked out my luggage to find out that over $1000 dollars worth of my stuff was stolen. I refused to sign the paper, talked to his supervisor for him to just argue with me.

I called Delta and got hung up on only after being put on hold for 20 minutes. I called a second time and was rudely talked to. She kept putting me on hold, raised her voice at me, told me it was my fault and they aren't liable and she threatened to not send me the forms to fill out for a loss.

My advice: Don't fly with Delta cause they'll loose your luggage and steal your stuff.

I've had it with Delta's non-customer service. If you call ahead of time to reserve a seat they tell you to do it at check-in. When you check-in(even if you go very early)they tell you you should have called. Nice catch-22 customer service. Today my flight was rescheduled to the next day due to weather. The agent says she can't reserve a seat for me. I go online and can reserve a seat. Their customer service agents are completely useless. I hope Delta goes bakrupt as soon as possible, as that is what they deserve for the way they treat paying customers.

I would not recommend anyone using Delta Airlines.
My senior parents were stuck in JFK because one of their Delta flight was delayed and the connected Delta flight flew out on time. Delta has changed my parents flight to the next morning leaving them in JFK for the next 14 hours with no support, no housing, nothing. The big picture is as follows:

My father has hearth problems, recently went through a major surgery and any stress can have extremely serious consequences.
My parents don't speak English.
My parents haven't ever traveled abroad before: this is their first trip.
They don't have a credit card, which would be accepted in the US.
They don't have a cell phone, which would be working in the US. I can't contact them and I don't know where they currently are and whether or not they are OK.
For many hours no Delta representative was willing to cooperate or help. After three hours (!!!!) of negotiation over the phone Delta agreed to page them. Delta put me on hold and after a few minutes someone has picked up the phone, but it was a woman from Mexico whose name is similar to my mom's name. After a minute she hung up the phone.
Delta representatives keep putting me on hold - forever, and I am listening to dozens of happy Christmas carrols. The songs will always remind me of Delta, so I won't ever forget.
So... Because of Delta my senior parents are lost with no support in a foreign country - after 12 hours in flight, tired, stressed, with no money and no hope.
This is not the full set of reasons why I have spent a sleepless night and for over 14 hours my live was a hell. And this is not the full story: later on it only got worse.
But this can give you a picture.
So. No more Delta for me, for my parents or friends.

I'm not a huge fan of this company either, but realistically, none of the other big American carriers are any good either. Most of them are either emerging from bankruptcy or are trying to stay out of it, like American Airlines. As such, they're trying to cut corners on service wherever they can, whether its cutting back on scheduled flights, staffing, in flight-service, or even maintainance procedures on the planes. The folks in the corporate offices know they can get away with such practices, because, like Magellan said, the customer complaint system is notoriously difficult. Air travel in general has become a pain in the ass, with the state of the airlines and airport security. Probably its a result of more people travelling by air.

Delta is terrible. They were unable to check us (or about 50 other people in line)in within 2 1/2 hours; took 3 hours to rebook us; cancelled our British Airways ticket by mistake; did not help us get onto the BA flight after that; lost our luggage twice; delayed our flights twice; never responded to correspondence to Customer Service; and all but one employee were rude to us. But I think I was still better off than the family of four that were supposed to fly to Italy to meet a cruise and were given boarding passes to the Dublin flight! I am sorry this system makes me give them even a portion of a star in order to submit a review--where are the negative stars????

I despise Delta with every ounce of my soul. I hate them so much that I stopped being friends with someone once because they insisted on flying this airline. During one of the many times that I have been dis-respected by this airline, I finally got an agent to explain to me what was going on. She said that the officers of the company received a memo from the top, saying that costs needed to be cut by any means necessary. One of the ways they were planning on doing this, was by sticking it to the individual travelers who were not with a corporate account. According to their statistics, most people won't take the time to write a letter to challenge an unfair "change fee" or "extra baggage fee", or whatever. So now I have started my campaign against this wicked airline. Delta, I if you are listening, you owe me $575, and I plan to get my money...

The flight experience was just mediocre (bad food, non-working headphones and a broken table make a trans-Atlantic flight frustratingly long). But handling of our delayed luggage was really terrible! First they lost four bags out of four, then they were recovering them one at a time. But even when the bags were found Delta simply did not bother to deliver the bags in a timely maner. We were given false promisses for three days (so far..., since one of the bags is still in the airport). And this is inevitable when you can only reach people at the reception outsourced to India, who tell that they have no phone access to American airports and cannot contact the delivery company. There is absolutely no way to reach anyone who has any real informatio about the situation. We had our luggage delayed before, but Delta is by far the worst in handling such situations.

We spent 2 hours in the Delta line at Las Vegas airport recently waiting to check in for our flight home. The self check-in machines did not work. There were too few workers at the ticket counters. Late arrivals for earlier flights were brought forward ahead of us. Eventually, we ended up having to be brought up 1/2 hour before our flight in order to board it on time. We were there two hours ahead of flight time!

I always fly Delta, I live in the southeast about 2 hours from Atl & it pretty much is the way to go moneywise which is my driving factor. I have flown several atl-sfo & atl-las trans con flights & and several atl-lim South American flights w/out any major problems. Only one short Mia-atl route we were delayed due to mech problem for 3 hours. Not that bad

You have to call India to get changes made to your ticket, and usually they screw it up and then you have to hold for a US agent. Delta's connection carriers, ComAir and Atlantic Southeast are two of the worst run airlines out there, and are perennially delayed and disorganized. Once they boarded the wrong passengers on the wrong plane and told all of us to get off! Delta mainline is better and some of the 757s have at seat entertainment, but that doesn't make up for the shortcomings.

I booked my flight for a visit to Anchorage, AK back in July 2005. That was the worst flight I have ever been on!!! On my way there I had a connecting flight in Atl that left about an 1 1/2 late due to "take off and landing traffic". From ATL to Anchorage should have taken 4 hours....well needless to say we had to land in Minneapolis, MN to refuel because we had been redirected and flying in a circle for about a hour. Once we landed to refuel weren't allowed to leave the aircraft, and how could we parked in the middle of the tarmac. We were told the refueling would take about 30 min well were wre there for another 2 hours because they discovered a "mechanical problem". I was due to arrive in AK at 9 pm we arrived at 2:30am. Now on the return we were a minute away from missing our connecting flight in Las Vegas. We made the flight but our luggage didn't! It took 3 days for them to deliver my baggage to my home....In short NEVER AGAIN WILL I FLY DELTA!!!

They cancelled a flight due to a strike and didn't tell us. They made no effort to get us alternative transportation. Then they only refunded my money for that leg of the flight after months of effort. They claimed that leg amounted to only $40 for me and my wife combined. Meanwhile, we racked up >$400 in expenses to get to where we were going.

Delta is by far the worst airline in the country. The sooner they file for bankruptcy the better off I'll be. As an active duty service member, I am forced to fly Delta on all my government funded trips. Over the course of the past 10 months and 11 Delta flights, my luggage has arrived with me on only 5 occasions. Less than 50%?!? What kind of service is that? I have yet to mention the two times I haven't been able to arrive on time to my destination because of maintenance issues with their aircraft. I've also been given a voucher to an overbooked hotel by a ticketing agent one late night, and spent the next two hours trying to find a room in Atlanta at midnight. Don't even get me started on their Sky Miles program. One would have better luck teaching a goat to tap dance than getting a free ticket with your accumulated skymiles or any sort of substantial compensation for the aggravation of flying their airline. Delta Stinks!!!

I log about 75,000 a year with Delta. Used to be THE airline. Lately, their penchant for not giving customers pertinent information in a timely manner and outright lying is driving them into the ground. NOTE TO DELTA: We're big kids. Some of us fly weekly. We can handle the truth and appreciate being told the truth in a timely manner. P.S. TO DELTA: We know how hard it is to deal with unruly customers. If you didnt create as many as the weather and mechanical problems do then half of them would disappear. Simple math. All that being said, often enough there are flights that are on time with a fine crew that make it the airline that I frequently fly.

1/28/05: Sltlyamusd, you are so right to say these things because I am one example of such melancholy travelers last year. (IT IS '04, not '05!) Here is my story: After being screwed in the midwest, I may never want to fly on this airline carrier. I booked my itenerary in advance, and I had priority. My first departure was OK, but my return was not! I could not take my return flight from the airport I arrived and I was moved to two airports; but nothing was done on one of them during Christmas. I accidentally hung up the phone after mistakenly booking a flight I didn't want (It was later an insurance flight and I had to take it.) I tried telling what happened to another receptionist on the phone but (s)he was totally unaware. I was issued another flight, but I was on hold for three or four hours to see if they confirmed my flight change. I went anyway to the other airport. On the 24-26, I was stuck in one airport and I had to change my itinerary five times! They never supply me with free transport. What was worse was that they took my luggage on another flight that was filled, and I didn't board it. I had to go to another airport the next day and miss Christmas with my family and also miss a business meeting. The receptionists on the phone and at the desk were inept for this situation. I can let them off the hook because of holiday travel and the weather, but it is no excuse for them to say that they ran out of deicing fluid and to not have a backup system when their computer system crashed. I am now waiting for them to respond to my mail I sent them about their service that time, and after a month, they finally responded and gave me a voucher. People should you go to Cincinnati, Atlanta, Salt Lake City or Boston, try another carrier or take the bus or Amtrak if it is the only carrier there because they are totally dishonest, silly and incompetent when such calamities like this occur. What I think that would make it a better airline is if they can establish a new hub west to the Mississippi or make Dallas and/or Salt Lake bigger hubs for it so westerners don't have to go east for their connecting flights. Hope that Comair and Delta et al clean up & reorganize their acts soon because they will be missing a lot more travelers soon... >>>update: I will go on it again because I have the voucher, but this is their last chance. Hope they don't screw up on an international flight.

Delta's commuter airline Com Air left tens of thousands of travellers stranded over Christmas 2005. It was about 20% due to weather and 80% due to complete and utter incompetence. First they ran out of de-icing fluid, then their crew-scheduling computer crashed and they were forced to cancel most of their flights for multiple days due to the lack of any sort of backup system/plan. Worse, their customer service is completely incapable of handling these situations. You have to wait on hold for over an hour just to speak to someone from India. The employees they haven't outsourced are increasingly rude and indifferent.

What was their old slogan? Ready when you are? Well, I've had good luck with them--I've probably flown on Delta more than any other airline in the last 15 years. BUT....they need to get out of Atlanta. That airport is a nightmare--not good for connecting at all. I flew US Airways to Florida last time, instead of my usual Delta flight, because connecting through Charlotte is a LOT less stressful (a much nicer, less crowded, airport).

I have found their customer service to be the worst I have ever dealt with. They tell you one thing over the phone and then when you go to book the tickets online, it's different. Their attitude is, we always right and your not. They probably are only concerned with taking care of the high level flyers, but that's OK with me as there are plenty of choices from Atlanta. This is probably one of the reasons they are going bankrupt as many people I have talked too have started flying other carriers where the staff is more pleasant.

They are pretty good. The three-star rating is because I was on my way to Cincinatti from Cedar Rapids and they boarded us on the plane. Then, they said that they had to turn the plane off and back on...at 5:45 a.m.!!! Then, they told us to get off of the plane because of mechanical problems. This mishap delayed me for two hours. Why board the plane when you will be told momentarily to get back off again?!?

After being delayed at the airport for more than 4 hours, due to weather (the airlines excuse for non-refundable delays ... the weather was PERFECT all day at both departing and arrival locations), MY LUGGAGE DIDN'T MAKE IT! Not only did they have more than 1.5 hours to tranfer the luggage at the connection flight, but when I arrived they said, It might come in sometime tomorrow between 2 am and 12 noon. We don't deliver any more, you will have to come back to the airport to retrieve your luggage. I have a 10am meeting and they will do NOTHING to help, but everything to SCREW IT UP! DELTA really does live up to its reputation of being a horrible airline, it will soon follow in the footsteps of its other horrible predecessors and good riddance!

I don't even fly Delta but my wife does. Everytime she flies I track her flight status on both delta.com and other flight tracking web sites. Delta.com always, always, always says the flight took off and the other tracking sites say not yet, not yet, not yet.... Today my wife flew to SFO from ATL. The flight was scheduled for 08:16. Delta.com said it left at 08:17. All other tracking sites did not have it leaving until 08:54. I have a problem with an airline that has no idea where one of its planes is located for more then 30 minutes. Here in ATL, there has been talk of Delta filling bankruptcy. Seems like every major airline is doing that. Since I never fly Delta, I really don't care if they go belly up but until then I sure hope they can find out where their planes are!!!!

I've had pretty good luck with Delta. I flew cross-country every four or five weeks for years, and it got to be just as easy as getting on the bus (I still have hundreds of thousands of frequent flyer miles... lacking only the time to take a nice long vacation to use them!) I think Delta was consistently dependable and professional. The food was adequate, nothing special, and the attendants were generally excellent. Flying is more complicated now post 9/11 but I still fly them when I need to.

Reading previous comments make me think I may have led a charmed life when I have flown Delta. Not the best airline I have ever flown, but I can't remember any particularly negative experiences. As the old saying goes, anytime you manage to land, it was a good flight!

I just called Delta to ask if I could skip the outbound leg on an award ticket. Yes, a ticket that I purchased with loyalty points. In essence, I was asking to use 1/2 the service I purchased. Their response was to ask me to pay a $100 rerouting fine!! Its no wonder this company is losing so much money. What an interesting way to reward your loyal customers. Good Job Delta!!! Nice knowing you.

I've flown Delta more than any other airline (Boston is not a hub for any one airline, but Delta has the most flights of the big three at Logan - AA and USAiways are the others). Their service, while not always stellar, is by no means any worse than the rest of the majors. Most flight attendants I've had are at minimum attentive and many are pleasant. Counter and gate help is usually good (there are exceptions). Was on a flight from FLL to BOS that had mechanical issues, and they put us on a plane due to go to JFK after we'd waited a little over 2 hours, then cycling the JFK people back through. Rather than ruining everyone's day on our flight, they cycled the delays through best they could. Delta is one of, if not the best at having up to date airport technology. Their hubs in Atlanta and Cincinati are excellent (ATL is much better than going through ORD or DFW). It's not my favorite airline, but I'd still fly them over most US carriers.

I have used Delta twice in my lifetime, and both times were pleasant experiences. They had average food, and both times the planes were almost empty and I loved that ! I did get stuck in the Salt Lake City airport for hours on one trip, but at the time, the SLC airport had smoking sections so it wasn't too bad. I don't remember getting a choice to watch a movie or not, so I can't rate that part either. By far not an excellent airline, but good. Good flight attendants as well.

Every single Delta flight that I have been on has been hideously and inexcusably delayed. I missed my mother-in-law's funeral due to Delta's inefficiency (a 3 hour delay which could have been avoided). The planes are old and shabby and some of the cabin crew in economy class are rude and dismissive. And they don't even fly wide body on their longhaul routes - they have 8 777s in their entire fleet, no 747s, resorting instead to decrepit 767s for 8-10 hour flights. Food is awful, and now they have a policy of charging for snacks on domestic flights and non-softs on international flights. An average 2 hour flight delay on each of the four sectors I flew recently. I hear they're going bust and I say good riddance.

I worked for Delta years ago, as did my father. It was the best run company I have ever seen, or worked for--no one left, and passenger service was not just the most important thing, it was the ONLY thing that mattered. Tho I hate--HATE--to say this, the negative reviews are all too true now. Delta has become a monster, huge and so poorly run that bankruptcy seems inevitable. Tho I contine to fly them when I can, my choice is based on vastly misplaced loyalities, and I certainly should have my hear examined! On the other hand--there are NO good airlines that fly in and out of the "city" where I live, and airfares from this location are inflated to make sure that the airport authority stays rich.So--Delta from Charleston, SC is no worse--or better--than my other choices. Please--give me regulated airlines again!!!

Have flown Delta three times. Nothing horrible happened, but nothing great, either. I remember sitting on the runway in Atlanta once for a stinking hour waiting to takeoff, only because the airport was so busy and there weren't any clear flightpaths. Flying into the ATL is scary. I avoid it when I can.

A two hour flight in First Class... orange juice, one round of drinks and a packet of peanuts? European airlines manage to give a hot breakfast on a one hour flight. Even Aeroflot manage a proper meal on a flight this length, even in economy. Give me a European airline any day, thank you.

You have to rate based on an incident. When everything goes OK, all the airlines are perfect. Delta lost my luggage and it's been one of the worst experiences that I have ever had. So many memories lost forever. I had zero collaboration from them. Delta never cared about it. They did not try to find it. I found lately that no other airline was notified about my missing luggage. their only concern was to pay the lower possible compensation. I am, sadly, a frequent flyer, and I will walk before taking a Delta Jet again. People writing possitive comments on Delta in this page are, definitely, Delta employees.
