One of the most versatile and talented actors in the industry. His brilliant performance as Hannibal Lecter in Silence of the Lambs, will be remembered as one of the movie industries best and most compelling performances to date. An actor worth his weight in gold.

This guy is just creepy, but I guess that's kind of the point. I can't even watch it because it's so believeable. I'm glad he takes all that sociopathic killer energy and makes movies with it instead of killing people.

Very memorable role as Lector.Irishgit, playing Nixon wouldn't/shouldn't qualify as a Bad guy or villian.

He was excellent as Hannibal Lector. it was interesting to see him use his characters intelligence to get into your mind. He could stare at you with these unblinking eyes and really freak me out.

He's a genius. Having a nice Chianti with dinner will never be the same.

Absolutely chilled me to the bone as his quiet alter ego. Spooky evil.

Surely one of the most if not THE most rememberable performances as a vilian in the shape of Hannibal Lector. Fantasticly acted with little effort, calm and stillness. Perfection.

A craftsman of an actor who seldom makes a wrong move. I think his best work is outside the bad guy genre, but he is undoubtedly good at it. My favourite villain role for him is not, by the way, Hannibal Lector, but Richard Nixon.
