I feel sorry for folks in parts of the country where genuine Pennsylvania soft pretzels are not available. Philly is noted for them, but the best ones I've had are from a little place that opened up in West Chester about a year or so ago. Fresh, hot from the oven, eaten with hot spicy mustard they are nirvana.
