It has been a year since I moved and I have gotten no satisfaction from Global Van Lines! I was charged twice as much as the price they quoted me, and if I didn't want to pay it they said they would take my belongings to the dump. As it was, there were items missing, and many more broken or ruined. Global farms out the jobs to fly by night companies, and has no control over how those companies treat the customers. I was farmed out to a company based in Jerusalem! They had a bogus address in Texas, but my initial down payment of $375 was sent directly to Jerusalem by my credit card company. I have never received any satisfaction from either company, Global or the company that moved me.

unlawful sir charge, please review your bill from the moving company , if a sircharge was added , in particular to the gas portion , this sircharge may be deemed improper, if you find a sircharge please respond asap

40 days, and still no delivery of my belongings. Everyone at the company has been unhelpful and unapologetic. Requires you to pay half of balance on pickup, so I'm out of cash, and all possessions.

Do not use this moving company--they have a bad reputation and should not to be trusted--I wish I knew this before I lost all my belongings to them!
