At one time, Electronic Arts was one of the best third-parties around. They still have some great franchises such as FIFA, MVP Baseball and NHL. However, the rest of their franchises have been taken in bad directions. First off, Madden is still as dull-as-dirt because of its terrible in-game play-by-play commentary. Secondly, their Need for Speed series now focuses on street racing, which isn't nearly as much fun as previous installments. Also, the Bond games--which weren't that great to begin with--have gotten progressivly worse with each release. Although I would love to see any third-party support the Nintendo Revolution, EA would not nearly be as important or exciting as--say--Sega!!!
