 | lucy2 (7) 08/20/2006 | Really loved staying at this new Courtyard recently in Raleigh, NC. From the airy room to the fresh fruit in the lobby it was a winner. Things like the air conditioner, shower and television worked perfectly. Staff at the desk made it a point to acknowledge who you were each time you came and went which is a comfort if you are staying alone. The coffee shop in the morning offered a very nice buffet and even had a chef standing by for those who wanted made-to-order omelettes or belgian waffles.

 | Golden Bear (0) 01/29/2005 | I've stayed in 3 of them. There's just something really soothing about the atmosphere, nice but not unnecessarily extravagant or formal. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the lobby and restaurant are very inviting. If my boss told me I'd be on the road for three months (heaven forbid), my first thought would be, is there a Courtyard near where I'm going?

 | callmetootie (4) 04/10/2001 | The Courtways is the place that you want to stay because it feels like home, only quieter. They have Maxwell Coffee machines in your room, and the beds are extremly comfortable, and their breakfast isn't half bad either.

 | magellan (153) 08/06/2000 | I have a couple of bad experiences with Courtyard in terms of being overbilled, but generally the hotels are clean, and a little cheaper than some of the major business hotels like the Hilton and the Sheraton.

 | PoorOldEdgarDerby (4) 07/26/2000 | Stayed at a couple of these in Florida and they were quite nice. Roomy suites with comfortable little sitting area, there were four of us so we also had two bedrooms connected by an in-suite doorway. Reasonable price, and the restaurant was pretty good as well.
