 | Frookie (1) 01/07/2006 | My husband and I have stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Half Moon Bay a couple times. It's a beautiful place to stay. The service and food were outstanding. The last time we were there we stayed in the guest cottages (which are separate from the main hotel). I loved it! We still had a room that overlooked the beach, but it was more private. My favorite part was sitting on the deck and watching the sunset. It's very romantic!

 | Mr.Political (18) 02/25/2005 | I sincerly enjoy staying at the Ritz-Carlton when on vacations because the service has always been top-notch and the food is consistently superb. As is the case with most hotels that are as pleasant as the Ritz-Carlton, you'll end up paying more than at a typical hotel. Once again, though, it is well worth it.

 | dhorton (1) 07/16/2002 | I met with a group of people for lunch at the Ritz-Carlton in Half Moon Bay, CA. The service was great and the food was delicious. It's newly built, and tastefully done. It's ideal for
golfers. The huge, green golf course greets you as you enter the building and awaits you outside the windows, for your viewing pleasure. If you're planning to stay for a while, bring everything you need for your stay. There's not much city life nearby.

 | sumptinnew (0) 08/23/2000 | I work at the Ritz-Carlton in Tyson's Corner, VA and Pentagon City, VA and can attest that the service at these locations is above top notch. Every day that we go to work, we have a little self-esteem building session, opportunities abound as an employee, and the open-door policy applies to everyone within the walls of the hotel. I can also assure you that whatever you want, you will receive at the Ritz-Carlton.

 | TheShoeLady (0) 07/28/2000 | These are truly luxurious hotels. The concierge floor on Amelia Is in Florida is first rate as is that in Palm Beach. The Ritz in Laguna in California is a little dull except for the every hour on the hour weddings that took place outside our window.

 | Munson (7) 07/26/2000 | I stayed at the Buckhead one in Atlanta about seven years ago and it was great (fortunately, I didn't pay for the room which made it quite economical). If you can afford to stay at a Ritz-Carlton, you are not going to find a better hotel. The service is incredible and the food is always top notch. However, since it is so expensive, I would recommend saving some of your cash and finding a more reasonably priced hotel. After all, all you really need in a hotel is a comfortable and clean place to put your head down after a day of sightseeing or business meetings.

 | PoorOldEdgarDerby (4) 07/26/2000 | This hotel always looks so beautiful even with my breath steaming over the glass in front of me. Okay so I've never stayed there so I can't give it a full on 5 but it sure looks purdy.
