My family utilized their services and they were very professional. However, they really need better clerical staff as they posted incorrect information in the newspaper obituary regarding the time and date of the services and the printed obituary that they provided at the services had numerous typos, which was embarassing to see, especially during the point in the program when everyone is supposed to silently read the obituary.

A few months later, an acquaintance who passed away family used their services and they left the names of the parents out of the newspaper obituary and had to submit a correction on the day of the services.

A classmate passed away recently and I was reading her obituary in the newspaper and there was a misspelling in there as well.

They have the ability to be great but their lack of attention to clerical details shows sloppiness on their part.
