A bad president, but a GOOD honest man. Being a moderate rep, DAMN right I would still mourn a little. I do have a heart like some people lol.

I've never been a big fan of any of the guys on this list. I've seen more of Carter post-presidency than the others, and he seems to be determined to be politically "meaningful" on a global scale, although whether he's effective is in question.
As to whether he's "dumb" or "senile" as one review below suggests, I don't know. But I'm betting he can use the English language considerably better than said reviewer.

OK I used to think he was a man of peace but a lousy President. Now I find out he is either senile of just plain dumb.
