This slick redneck would indeed be missed despite all the protestations to the contrary. The 90's were a great time for some good reasons and internationally Bill is remembered by many in Europe fondly. (They don't have sexual repressive attitudes towards their leaders like we do.) I don't trust the Billanator with much, but he was a centralizer of opinion and discourse and was a better politician than people want to give him credit for. I don't miss him much- but his death will be a sadder moment culturally than we realize.

He brought some disgrace to the whitehouse, disrespected his wife several times, has anger issues with the media, not to mention a HUGE ego. Hmmmm........I guess I would mourn him just a lil for being an ex-president, but I would get over it quick. Nowhere near a decent man as Carter was.

Not our worst president even though I never voted for him.

I wouldn't mourn him anymore than Bill and Hillary mourned Vince Foster or the countless others connected to the Clinton's that died mysteriously. We might get a day off work though, that would be nice.

Much better than Bush actually, I missed him after one year of the Bush term.

There would be so many woman at the grave side no one could get close. Brought shame and disgust to the office. Bush gets blamed for the mess that Clinton left him.

When he kicks the lineup of interns to get into the Rotunda will stretch all the way down the Mall.

It will be sad. I will try not to notice whether there is a spontaneous and widespread outpouring of affection for him like when Reagan died. Will he lie in state in the rotunda? UPDATE: It's usually a protocol, as long as the family agrees. It will probably depend on whether Hillary needs some face time.

The death of any president, or any person for that matter, is truly a sad thing to see. Although for the most part I greatly disdained his adminstration and it's policies, he did do some things right. But let's not make him into some type of saint because we all know he was far from it (and yes, I'm looking at it from a personal life standpoint).

i would certainly shed a tear, he was a great president and i'm not looking at it from a personal life standpoint.
