Simply spectacular. Explosive, a great scorer, can also make big stops and passes when he wants. True, he isn't the leader Battier was, but then again, Battier was just out of this world. J-Will will carve his own niche in Duke history, and it will be a huge one.

Packs more electricity into his game than a heart defibrillator. Gifted passer and shooter - has just about everything you could want in a point guard. Not quite ready for the pros, though, so it's good that he decided to stay at Duke another year.

Flat out the best PG in the country. Has cut out the errant shots and forced passes that plagued him last year.

In my opinion, the best player in college basketball. Explosively quick, strong enough to finish on the break, and with a tremendous handle and outstanding range - this guy has all the tools. It should be no surprise that he was able to dominate Tim Hardaway when the Olympic team played the college All Stars - simply put, Williams is more talented at this stage of their respective careers. I would be shocked if he (and not the overrated Battier) doesn't lead Duke to the national championship.

Jason Williams is the best point guard in the country. Last year, he had a tremendous year as a freshman and he has improved this year. It doesn't hurt that he has great supporting cast and a super freshman (Chris Duhon) to step in and spell him at the point. It's really amazing to me the amount of success that Duke has had through the years with freshman starting at point guard. Amaker, Hurley, Wojo, Avery all performed well as freshmen. But, Williams could be the best of them all.
